Great product, awesome packaging for shipment. USPS damaged the box but nothing inside was harmed. Wish i waited a week to get the newer model hash cooler though. Now i MUST get both 😂

Exactly what I expected to receive, the face being 3D printed in and not a sticker is a great touch, the ice pack is also great just remember not to overfill, customer service is top notch
